We ship to all parts of the UK and Channel Islands and most countries internationally. Orders are shipped daily, Monday to Friday, by Royal Mail and charges are based upon actual Royal Mail prices. UK orders over £50 ship for free by first class recorded  (the free shipping option is selected automatically at checkout once your basket contains £50 of products).

Delivery is generally about 3 working days in the UK and 10 working days internationally. We also offer registered UK delivery and international tracked services, which can be selected at checkout.

International Customers:

• Standard The cheapest option is Royal Mail Airmail. This is reliable but is not guaranteed or insured. Our experience so far has been very positive (shipping to Europe, US, Canada and Australia) . However there is a small element of risk as there is no means of tracking or claiming for lost parcels.  For peace of mind, please select an international tracked/signed for service is you are not willing to take on that risk.
• International Signed For/Airsure These services incur approximately £10 surcharge on top of standard airmail prices, but do come with insurance and some level of tracking depending upon your destination. These parcels are fully guaranteed against loss.
